Raise public and agency awareness of the training and certification standards (including NASAR, ASTM, and ARRL) that keep SAR teams effective.
Evaluate Search and Rescue Technicians and their Canines for SARTech credentialling. Back current SAR teams and resources with training support, and recertification, so capability keeps pace with the demand for search response.
